Matchmaking & Supplier Development: Connecting European retail buyers with vetted Uzbek producers across food and non-food categories.


Production Oversight: Providing hands-on guidance throughout the sourcing, sampling, and production process to ensure consistency and compliance.

Retail Consultancy: Aligning local production capabilities with the expectations of international retail chains — from category planning to packaging and positioning.

Quality Assurance: Implementing robust NQA and QC measures to secure repeat business and safeguard brand reputation.
